Delivery is calculated from the packed weight of your order and your postcode. The current checkout bands are shown below so you can understand the likely charge before ordering.

Current UK delivery charges

Shopify calculates delivery from the total packed order weight:

  • England & Wales: £10 up to 3.9 kg; £24.99 from 4–17.5 kg; £34.99 from 17.6–70 kg.
  • Central Scotland: £10 up to 3.9 kg; £26.99 from 4–17.5 kg; £44.99 from 17.6–70 kg.
  • Northern Ireland: £10 up to 3.9 kg; £39.99 from 4–17.5 kg; £119 from 17.6–70 kg.

Transit and tracking

Orders are sent using the service shown at checkout. Dispatch confirmation and tracking are sent when available. Courier transit times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Highlands, islands and remote postcodes

Available services are determined by the full delivery postcode. Some Highlands, islands and other remote addresses may require a different arrangement or may not show an automatic service. If checkout does not offer a suitable option, contact Robinson Equipment before ordering.

Multi-piece deliveries

Parts of a multi-piece consignment can occasionally arrive separately. Use the tracking information and contact support if an item remains missing.

Cardiff collection

Cardiff collection is available by prior arrangement only. Please agree a collection date and time before travelling; do not arrive without confirmation.
