Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we confirm it or dispatch the goods. If we cannot accept an order, we will contact you and refund any payment taken.

Prices, delivery charges and available payment methods are shown during checkout.

Product information

We aim to describe products accurately. Product images, dimensions and specifications are provided as guidance. Minor production variations may occur where they do not materially affect the item’s intended use or quality.

Trade and bulk orders

Orders of 10 or more, pallet deliveries and trade purchases may be quoted separately. Any agreed written quotation may include additional delivery, payment or lead-time terms.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms removes or limits rights that consumers have under UK law, including rights relating to cancellation, faulty goods and items not as described.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
