Delivery and collection

Delivery

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom, including the Highlands and Islands.

Courier collections normally take place on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings. Delivery is normally 2–5 working days from courier collection. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier capacity, weather, remote locations or other circumstances outside our control.

Delivery options and charges are shown at checkout for most UK postcodes. Northern Ireland delivery is priced separately; please contact us before ordering for a quote.

For larger or heavier orders, delivery may be arranged by pallet service. We will confirm the appropriate method and charge before dispatch where needed.

Please check the delivery address carefully at checkout. If an item is damaged on arrival, take photographs of the packaging and product and contact us promptly.

Collection

Collection may be available by prior arrangement only. Please do not travel to collect until we have confirmed the collection point, date and time.
